These photos are in homage to the theatre of Samuel Becket and his generation, which continues to express our times.

Kostas Theofanidis lives and works in Karpenisi, Greece

1950 - born in Pireus, Greece

1969 to 1975 - studied Medicine

1979 till 1984 - specialized in Psychiatry

He worked in different hospitals before and after his specialization.

He started photography as a student of Medicine, developing and printing his own black and white images.

At the same time he started painting and, as far, he has had two solo and two group exhibitions in Athens (1986 & 1989), the island of Syros, Greece, (1992) and Algiers (2003).



2001 - workshop with Master Photographer Harry Fearn in Wales

2007 - platinum-palladium and gum over platinum workshop with Kerik Kouklis in Placerville California.

2009 - solo photography exhibition at the Hotel Avaris in Karpenisi, Greece

2010 - wet plate collodium workshop with Carl Radford and John Brewer in Glasgow.
