works with photographic materials since 1984.

Klaas Schipper is strictly autodidact.

Dramatic contemplation supply the basic ingredients for his  images,
which consist merely of scenes and portraits.
But of course, he also is constantly in search for beauty,
peculiarities and other views to put on photographic material.

This is his 105th solo exhibition.
His exhibitions took place in a variaty of locations, ranging from
living-rooms through international galeries.

Also 56 times he participated in group exhibitions.
